Our Commitment to You

At Only Squares, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you, we handle returns and refunds a bit differently than traditional retail stores. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect.


Made-to-Order Products

All Only Squares apparel is printed on demand. This means your items are custom-made just for you after you place your order. Because of this unique production process:

  • We cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color preference
  • We cannot offer exchanges for different sizes or colors

We encourage you to carefully review our size charts (available on each product page) before ordering to ensure the best fit.


When We WILL Issue a Refund or Replacement

We stand behind the quality of our products. We will gladly provide a full refund or free replacement in the following situations:

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives with:

  • Printing errors or defects (e.g., misprints, faded images, incorrect design)
  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., holes, tears, stitching issues)
  • Damage during shipping (e.g., stains, rips, crushed packaging that damaged the product)

Wrong Item Received

If you receive:

  • A different product than what you ordered
  • The wrong size or color than what was specified in your order
  • Someone else’s order

Lost Packages

If your order:

  • Never arrives and tracking shows it was not delivered
  • Shows as delivered but you did not receive it (we will work with the carrier to investigate)

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Step 1: Contact Us Within 30 Days

Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order (or 30 days after the estimated delivery date for lost packages).

Step 2: Include the Following Information

  • Your order number
  • Your email address used for the order
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem (required for defective/damaged items)
  • Photo of the defect or damage
  • Photo of the item’s size tag (if applicable)
  • Photo of the packaging (if damaged during shipping)

Step 3: We’ll Review and Respond

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will offer you:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, OR
  • A free replacement of the same item

You choose which option you prefer.


What We Cannot Refund or Replace

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (changed your mind about the purchase)
  • Incorrect size ordered (please check our size charts before ordering)
  • Color expectations (slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings and printing processes)
  • Normal wear and tear after the product has been used and washed
  • Items washed or cared for improperly (always follow care instructions on the label)
  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address (please double-check your address at checkout)
  • Packages refused or unclaimed by the recipient

Sizing Issues

We understand that finding the right fit when shopping online can be challenging. Here’s how we can help:

Before You Order

  • Check the size chart on each product page
  • Read customer reviews for fit feedback
  • When in between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit

If Your Size Doesn’t Fit

Unfortunately, because items are custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for sizing issues when the correct size was shipped. However, if you receive an item that is mislabeled (e.g., the tag says “Large” but it measures like a “Small”), please contact us with photos and measurements, and we’ll send a replacement.


Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged)

Replacements

If you choose a replacement:

  • We will produce and ship a new item at no additional cost to you
  • You will receive a new tracking number via email
  • Standard production and shipping times apply (typically 3-7 business days for production, plus shipping time)

Returned/Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to our fulfillment center due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Unclaimed package (not picked up from carrier)
  • Refused delivery

We will contact you via email. You may:

  • Pay for reshipping to the correct address, OR
  • Request a partial refund (original shipping cost will be deducted)

Note: Returned packages are held for 30 days. After 30 days, unclaimed items are donated to charity and no refund will be issued.


International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs
  • Delivery times may be longer and subject to customs processing delays
  • Returns and refunds for international orders follow the same policy as domestic orders
  • Lost international packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

Order Cancellations

Because our products are made-to-order, cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, production may have already begun and we cannot cancel the order.

Quality Guarantee

We partner with a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment provider that uses high-quality materials and printing techniques. Our products are:

  • Printed using eco-friendly, water-based inks
  • Made from quality fabrics designed for comfort and durability
  • Inspected for quality before shipping

If you ever receive a product that doesn’t meet these standards, we’ll make it right.


Care Instructions

To ensure your Only Squares apparel lasts, please follow these care guidelines:

  • Machine wash cold with like colors
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not iron directly on the print
  • Do not dry clean

Products damaged due to improper care are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
